At Twiga, every item is created especially for you once your order is placed. This made-to-order approach helps reduce waste and allows us to create thoughtfully rather than produce in excess.

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, color preference, or change of mind. We encourage customers to review product details and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

That said, we stand behind the quality of everything we make.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@twigaadvisory.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
